Welcome to The Training Centre in Derby! Weve got free parking on site, plus tea, coffee, and water to keep you refreshed.Heading from the M1 Take exit 25 onto the A52 towards Nottingham/Derby. Stay on the A52, then exit for Ilkeston/B6003. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto B6003. Next roundabout, third exit onto Nottingham Rd/A6096 follow it along. Turn left onto Manners Ave, right onto Rutland St, then right into Rutland Court. See you soon!

What You Need to Know Before Attending
Before you join us for IPAF Operator training, please ensure youre medically fit and can understand safety instructions. Some prior experience with MEWPs will also be helpful.For your comfort and safety during the practical sessions, please wear appropriate work clothing and safety footwear. High-visibility clothing is also highly recommended.This course is designed for anyone who operates Mobile Elevating Work Platforms MEWPs. Youll gain essential skills and knowledge for safe operation.

Youll get plenty of time to practise with MEWPs.Our instructors will guide you through the course, making sure you understand all aspects of safe MEWP operation. Its a supportive learning environment.Youll have opportunities to ask questions and participate actively throughout the day. We aim for a relaxed yet focused atmosphere for everyone.

This IPAF Operator training course focuses on equipping you with the skills to safely operate various MEWP categories. Its a comprehensive programme.Youll learn crucial pre-use checks, understand safe operating procedures, and master emergency lowering techniques. Safety is our top priority.The course includes both a written and a practical assessment. Successfully completing these leads to an internationally recognised IPAF PAL Card, a valuable qualification.
