Course Information
Overview:
Rescue at Height Training prepares delegates to plan and carry out safe rescues of personnel working at height. The course addresses the full range of situations encountered in construction, maintenance, utilities and industrial environments where fall arrest systems are in use. Delegates learn how to assess rescue needs, select appropriate equipment and execute controlled retrieval while minimising further risk to both casualty and rescuer.
In 2026, organisations continue to face strict duties under the Work at Height Regulations. This training builds the practical competence required to meet those duties and to respond effectively when a fall occurs, reducing the time a casualty remains suspended and lowering the likelihood of suspension trauma.

- Site managers and health and safety officers responsible for emergency planning
- Maintenance and facilities teams working on roofs, towers and structures
