Course Information

Asbestos awareness training is required to be given to employees whose work could foreseeably expose them to asbestos. In particular, it should be given to all demolition workers and those workers in the refurbishment, maintenance and allied trades where it is foreseeable that their work will disturb the fabric of the building because Asbestos Containing Materials may become exposed during their work....

Course Agenda

Asbestos hazards and risks are the main focus of this UKATA Asbestos Awareness training course. Welcome to the Poplar Training Centre! Our venue is conveniently located in the town of Poplar, with a postcode of E1W1AW. For those driving, there is car parking available at the nearby Minories car park for just £2 per hour. Please note that there are no car parking facilities at the venue itself. During your course, we will provide tea and coffee at suitable intervals to keep you refreshed. However, lunch will not be provided, so we recommend bringing a packed lunch or taking advantage of the many nearby establishments.
