Joining Instructions

Course registration is 0745hrs, and unless specified, all courses will commence at 0800hrs, alternative start times are available on request. If for any reason you may be late due to unforeseen circumstances, it is essential that you call the Training team on 01527 876798 (this will transfer out of hours), as individuals may not be allowed to train if they are late attending. In the unfortunate event that inclement weather (high wind etc.) should affect the course from being completed, another date will need to be arranged to complete the course for an arranged cost. Where candidates are of a foreign nationality and may have difficulty in understanding the English language an independent interpreter must be provided, or if he/she has literacy difficulties, we must be informed prior to the course taking place. If individuals are unable to attend the course after booking, then it is the employer's responsibility to cancel their place. If the place is not cancelled, then full payment will be required. Full payment will also be required if individuals are 1/2 hour or later arriving.
