Welcome to The Training Centre in Bridgend! Getting here is a breeze. If youre coming from the M4, simply head west and take the A4229 exit towards Porthcawl/Pyle. At the Pyle Interchange, take the 4th exit onto the M4 ramp towards Cardiff. Merge onto the M4, and at junction 36, follow the exit for the A4063. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4063, then turn left onto Rhyd Lane. Youll find The Training Centre on your left.
