Joining Instructions

IRATA 1, 2 & 3Duration: 5 days Course Time: 8am-5pm Lunch included Assessment: Theory & Practical Pre-Requisites: Minimum -18 years of age Passport photo required. You should be physically fit and unaffected by any disability or medical condition that may prevent you from working safely. Ensure that you have an adequate level of fitness, are physically able to perform the tasks expected in terms of strength, agility and coordination, and are able to withstand the stresses of the working (training) environment, such as heat, cold, and other inclement weather. You are required to certify that you are fit to attend the course by completing a medical self-assessment form (sent to you)If you have a contra-indicated condition which is controlled with medication, you will need to bring a signed doctors note to show us that the condition will not prevent you from taking part. ID required passport or drivers license. Log book required for levels 2 & 3PPEWork boots with ankle support appropriate for climbing. please assure that you wear appropriate clothing items, (do not wear shorts, ankle supported boots are preferred, if not wear a suitable boot shoe)

Getting here is easy simply head south on Stanley Road/A567 from the A565, then take a right onto Linacre Lane and a left onto Leckwith Road. The venue is wheelchair friendly, with disabled parking available for your convenience. Once you arrive, enjoy complimentary hot drinks from our vending machine and a delicious lunch provided daily.
