This course starts at 8am and finishes by 4pm with lunch served at midday. Refreshment breaks are also scheduled throughout the day.

Welcome to the Llanharry Training Centre! Located in the town of Llanharry, our venue is easily accessible with parking on site. We offer a comfortable and welcoming environment with refreshments such as tea and coffee available. Our centre is conveniently located at Harris Safety Training Services, Unit 14F, Hepworth Park, Coedcae Lane, Pontyclun, CF72 9FQ. Please note that some sat navs may direct you to the wrong location, so be sure to take the second right onto the industrial estate when on Coedcae Lane. Accreditation
Persons who successfully complete the IPAF Operator Weekend training course will receive an electronic 5 year PAL Powered Access License and certificate. This accreditation is recognized globally and is essential for those working in the Working At Heights industry.
The course includes both theoretical and practical assessments, ensuring that candidates have a comprehensive understanding of the necessary skills and knowledge. It is important to note that a strong command of the English language is required for successful completion of the course.
Upon completion of the course, candidates have the option to purchase a physical copy of their PAL card and certificate. It is recommended to contact us prior to booking the course to arrange this. This physical copy serves as a tangible proof of their accreditation and can be displayed on site as necessary.

This course includes both a theory test and practical assessment.. There is the possibility of failing either the practical assessment or theory test. However, this rarely happens as our IPAF accredited training staff are experts in delivering the course content in a clear and easy to understand way.
