Were looking forward to your training session drinks will be provided to keep you refreshed.From the A5 in Milton Keynes, head west on Rampart Way towards Ironmasters Way. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto the M54 ramp to Birmingham/Wolverhampton/M6. Merge onto the M54 becoming M6, exit onto the M1 for Northampton/Wellingborough/Kettering, then take the A508 ramp to Grange Park/Stony Stratford/Rail Freight Terminal.Keep right through one roundabout at the next, take the 2nd exit onto Northampton Road/A508. Go straight through three more roundabouts, turn right onto Bridgeturn Avenue were on your right!
