Course Agenda

A typical IPAF MEWPs Safety Harness training course will cover the safe use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms MEWPs and the proper use of safety harnesses. Participants will learn how to identify potential hazards, conduct pre-use inspections, and safely operate the equipment. They will also learn how to properly fit and use a safety harness, including how to tie off and perform self-rescue techniques.

The course will also cover relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998. Simply head northwest and take the A725 exit towards Bellshill/Coatbridge/East Kilbride/Edinburgh/A8. At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto the A725 ramp and merge onto Bellshill Bypass/A725. Keep left at the interchange for Bellziehill Jct and follow signs for A721 towards Bellshill/Uddingston/Tannochside/B7001. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Old Edinburgh Rd/B7001 and turn right onto Melford Rd. Our training centre will be on your left. Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the IPAF MEWPs Safety Harness training course, candidates will receive a certificate of attendance from Xyz Training Group.
