2. Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Exploring the elements of verbal communication, including tone and clarity, alongside non-verbal cues such as body language and facial expressions.

3. Active Listening Techniques Learning the principles of active listening, including techniques to enhance understanding and engagement during conversations, fostering better relationships.

Welcome to The Training Centre in Birmingham! Getting here is straightforward. If youre coming from the B4132, turn into Nechells Place and follow it round until you spot the Albion Vaults pub. Bear left at the pub, head down the hill, and take a left onto the estateThe Training Centre will be the first building on your left. Alternatively, if youre coming from Saltley Road, turn into Cato Street North, and when you see the Albion Vaults on your right, turn right, go down the hill, and then left onto the estate. Please note that parking is limited outside the centre and is available on a first come, first served basis. If youre in a larger vehicle, free parking is also available on Nechells Place.
